ASDA Café Manager - Fixed Term Contract
Café Manager – ASDA Ware
£28000 per annum | 40 hours per week
6 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave
We’re recruiting an experienced and passionate Café Manager to lead the ASDA café operation in Cheltenham. This is a hands-on role for a strong leader who can deliver excellent customer service and smooth day-to-day operations in a busy retail environment.
As Café Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the café, leading your team to deliver consistent standards while driving performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and develop your catering and front-of-house team Ensure smooth daily operations across the café Manage budgets, stock, and labour to meet targets and KPIs Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and compliance Build a positive customer experience and represent the brand Identify opportunities to improve service and drive sales Support, train, and motivate your team to perform at their best

About You
Passionate about customer service Experience managing teams in a café, retail, or catering environment Strong organisational and communication skills Able to manage financials, stock, and performance targets Level 2 Food Hygiene and relevant catering qualifications (desirable) A motivated, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
