Planning Team Lead

Join us as Planning Team Lead—leading raw material and production planning for compassing activities, optimizing end-to-end cycle times, inventory, and site productivity.

Reporting to the Planning Manager, your responsibilities include:

Strategy & Execution

  • Contribute to regional Operations (D&S) plans and design local Operations/Supply Chain strategies
  • Align short and long-term objectives with production and supply chain teams
  • Define planning standards and enforce schedule adherence
  • Manage Raw Material/Ingredients Production Team for efficient day-to-day execution

Subject Matter Expertise

  • Maintain optimal inventory levels, balancing cost and service levels
  • Ensure on-time service to Customer Care response
  • Develop short-term material and capacity plans
  • Drive performance improvement through KPI analysis and best practices
  • Monitor and resolve planning issues, complaints, and order prioritization
  • Manage annual budget/expense control and execute operating plans
  • Balance team workload through calendar and resource alignment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including:
    • Replenishment & R&D Finance teams
    • Supply Planning & Control Tower
    • Logistics hubs

Education & Skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations (MBA/MSc in technical fields is a plus)
  • Fluency in English
  • ERPs like SAP, MRP expertise
  • Analytics skills (data tools like BI, BO recommended)
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Minimum 7 years in manufacturing supply chain (with focus on planning, quality, or materials—including process redesign/system implementation)
  • Minimum 3 years in people management
