ASN Day Services Student Assistant – Full Time (Closing Date: July 31, 2026)
About the Role
At Camphill School Aberdeen, we are seeking a caring and enthusiastic ASN Day Services Student Assistant to join our Day Services team.
Within the Learning for Life Day Services team, your primary responsibility will be to:
- Create and maintain a supportive, inclusive work, learning, and/or therapeutic environment for children/young people in their workshops.
- Assist in providing a safe and meaningful learning environment—both individually and as part of a collaborative team—to help young people:
- Develop their potential by building upon and strengthening their skills.
- Achieve personal and educational growth.

Key Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience of working with additional support needs (ASN), either with children or (young) adults.
- SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or be working towards a suitable qualification to meet SSSC requirements).
- SSSC registration (with or without conditions).
- PVG (Protected Vulnerable Groups) membership for work with children and vulnerable adults.
