This is an excellent opportunity to build practical experience supporting children with special educational needs (SEND)—a crucial step toward a career in Educational Psychology.

Provide one-to-one and small group interventions, helping pupils:
- Access learning effectively
- Develop essential skills

Collaborate closely with teachers and therapists to:
- Implement individual education plans (IEPs)
- Ensure tailored support

Observe, record, and reflect on pupil progress

Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Requirements
- A 2:1 degree or higher in Psychology (or a closely related subject)
- Prior experience supporting children or young people with SEND (previously in school, care, or voluntary contexts is highly beneficial)
- A calm, empathetic, and reflective approach to supporting pupils
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for child development
- Clear ambition to pursue a career in Educational Psychology
