What the School Offers
- £444£513 per week via PAYE (inclusive of holiday pay)
- Full academic year contract until July 2027 with potential extension
- Exposure to EYFS, KS1 and KS2 teaching practice
- Weekly CPD and training sessions delivered by experienced practitioners
- Opportunities to observe outstanding teaching and curriculum leadership
- Excellent preparation for PGCE, SCITT and teacher training applications
The Role
You will support pupils across the primary phase through classroom assistance, intervention delivery and targeted academic support. Working closely with class teachers, you will help deliver engaging learning experiences while developing a strong understanding of teaching, assessment and behaviour management.

The Ideal Candidate
- Russell Group graduate with a 2:1 degree or above
- Strong child-centred experience through tutoring, coaching, mentoring or youth work
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ambition to pursue a long-term career within education
