Responsibilities

  • Aspiring Science Teacher will support students across Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Deliver targeted interventions in Biology, Chemistry and Physics
  • Aspiring Science Teacher will work with small groups and individual pupils to raise attainment
  • Support teachers with lesson planning, practical demonstrations and classroom activities
  • Help prepare students for GCSE examinations
  • Aspiring Science Teacher will contribute positively to the wider school community

Requirements

  • Aspiring Science Teacher applicants should hold a minimum 2:1 degree in a Science-related subject
  • Strong GCSE and A-Level Science results are highly desirable
  • Previous experience working with young people is advantageous
  • Aspiring Science Teacher candidates should possess excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A genuine passion for Science education and future teaching aspirations is essential
