Role Responsibilities

  • Aspiring Secondary School Teacher will support teaching and learning across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5
  • Deliver targeted interventions to raise attainment and confidence
  • Aspiring Secondary School Teacher will work with small groups and individual students across a range of subjects
  • Assist teachers with lesson preparation, classroom delivery and pupil progress
  • Support students preparing for GCSE and A-Level examinations
  • Aspiring Secondary School Teacher will contribute positively to the wider school community

Requirements

  • Aspiring Secondary School Teacher applicants should hold a minimum 2:1 degree from a leading UK university
  • Strong GCSE and A-Level results are highly desirable
  • Previous experience working with young people is advantageous
  • Aspiring Secondary School Teacher candidates should possess excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A genuine passion for education and future teaching aspirations is essential
