Production Assistant (Assembly Technician) Requirements
You will join our production team, playing a vital role in electronics assembly and support.
Key Responsibilities:

High-Precision Hand Assembly Assemble electronic devices, employing soldering, epoxy bonding, and microscope-guided techniques.

Quality & Compliance Follow and maintain rigorous Company Operating Procedures (COPs), Quality Instructions, AS9100, and ISO9001 standards. Be alert during line and audit inspections to uphold our quality in every process step.

Process Ownership Work from written, pictorial, or verbal instructions. Understand product design and adhering to manufacturing specifications.

Maintenance & Cleanliness Duty of care over ESD safety control and instructional adherence in operational hygiene and risk management. Conduct planned maintenance activities and equipment patch-ups.

Participation in Engineering & Redesign Support Engineering initiatives including new product introduction (NPI) development. Collaborate with Operations Test teams on cross-functional product flow.

Continuous Improvement & Training Drive Continuous Improvement activities, embrace:
- Kaizen to refine workflows
- lean manufacturing techniques (5S, KANBAN).
- Acknowledge process gaps to escalate to management if required.
Assistant responsibilities:
- Training and onboarding new operators.
- Manufacturing aids generation.

Troubleshooting & Communication Report material/equipment issues to management. Function dynamically as part of engineering and operational teams.
Key Requirements

Essential Skills: Demonstrated experience in electronic assembly. Exceptional dexterity, precision, attention to detail & problem-solving.

Technical Comprehension: Capacity to read & interpret assembly drawings, technical schematics, and process instructions.
