Temporary to Permanent
We are recruiting for an Assembler to join a well-established manufacturing company in Clacton-on-Sea. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity with a long-standing employer offering excellent training, stability and long-term career prospects.
Duties Of The Assembler
- Basic light assembly of metal components
- Operating and monitoring production machinery
- Working on a busy production line
- Working towards daily production targets
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Assisting with other factory duties as required

The Ideal Candidate
- Previous manufacturing and production experience is preferred
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Looking for a long-term, temporary to permanent opportunity
