Assembler/ Assembly Tech.
Summary
We are looking for a skilled assembly technician to join our innovative, fast-growing company. We plan to hire several new employees who will be assigned to work with our rapidly growing Fabrication department. The candidates are expected to experience in assembly.
We provide internal advanced manufacturing training for our state-of-the-art technology and equipment. If you fit this description and you are enthusiastic about our company and its products, let’s meet.
Responsibilities
Work in fabrication department assembling fabricated products Handle and transport metal materials and equipment (drills, grinders, etc) Use power tools and machinery (forklift) when needed Assist with various tasks such as loading tools, handling raw materials, warehouse duties Must be able to follow instructions and work independently Grinding, Drilling, tapping as required to complete job Hanging and prepping parts for coating Cleaning, organizing, and setting up workstations Kitting or grouping required parts per job requirements

Qualifications
Read Tape Measure Manufacturing/Metal Experience Pass department test
Physical Demands/Environmental Conditions
The physical ability to lift and carry at least 50 lb. bags, boxes and/or pallets for short distances The physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time Must be able to pass all Drug & Alcohol Screening Limited exposure to fumes, dirt, noise, and hazardous chemicals daily. May require safety equipment and/or precautions. Exposure to heavy machinery always while in the shop
