Salary: £13.00 per hour Shift: 8.00 AM – 5.00 PM (Monday to Friday) Location: Hinckley

Our client is looking to recruit Assembly Operatives for their busy manufacturing facility just outside Hinckley. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career with an established company that will support your growth through training and development.

About the Role

The Assembly Operative will be involved in:

  • Assisting in the production of point-of-sale displays
  • Quality checking goods to customer specifications
  • Identifying and removing faults at specific stages of the production process
  • Ensuring accuracy while meeting production targets
  • Inspecting materials for defects
  • Contributing to updates on quality control policies
  • Supporting other departments when required
