Salary: £13.00 per hour Shift: 8.00 AM – 5.00 PM (Monday to Friday) Location: Hinckley
Our client is looking to recruit Assembly Operatives for their busy manufacturing facility just outside Hinckley. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career with an established company that will support your growth through training and development.

About the Role
The Assembly Operative will be involved in:
- Assisting in the production of point-of-sale displays
- Quality checking goods to customer specifications
- Identifying and removing faults at specific stages of the production process
- Ensuring accuracy while meeting production targets
- Inspecting materials for defects
- Contributing to updates on quality control policies
- Supporting other departments when required
