At Cistermiser/Keraflo we're market leaders in intelligent water management solutions, helping organisations reduce water consumption, improve sustainability and improve operational efficiency across commercial buildings.

As part of the Genuit Group, we offer the stability of a successful UK business with a friendly, supportive culture that values teamwork, fresh ideas and personal development. We believe everyone should feel valued, supported and able to build a rewarding career.

We now have opportunities to join our business that is going to be newly located in Aylesford, ME20. Whilst we are in this transitional period, we may require flexibility in working between the Reading and Aylesford sites - with transport and accommodation being covered throughout this time.

What you'll be doing

As an Assembly Operator, you'll play a key role in building high-quality, complex products that meet customer expectations and production targets. Working as part of a supportive team, you'll contribute to a safe, efficient, and continuous improvement-focused manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Assemble complex products in line with production schedules, quality standards and work instructions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily production targets and business objectives.
  • Read, understand and follow technical instructions, drawings and established assembly procedures.
  • Carry out quality checks throughout the assembly process, reporting any non-conformances, defects or equipment issues through the appropriate channels.
  • Use a variety of hand tools, equipment and machinery safely and effectively.
  • Support preventive maintenance activities as required.
  • Help maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment in line with site standards.
  • Share knowledge and provide support to new team members, helping them develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed.
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen and 6S activities, to enhance quality, safety and efficiency.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
