Job Overview
TE Connectivity’s Manufacturing/Production Teams transform raw materials into finished goods and ensure component flow.
This Production Technician role involves:
- Performing changeovers and setups according to production schedules
- Conducting quality checks based on established processes and documenting results
- Maintaining 5S and organisation of the work area
- Adhering to TE Connectivity’s Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) policies

Responsibilities
- Maintain safe working practices supporting the company standards
- Ensure the correct material selection from documented processes
- Deliver materials to operational areas on time
- Work under tight deadlines to meet production targets
- Uphold good housekeeping, with 5S knowledge desirable
- Operate machinery for product preparation and assembly
- File and process work-related paperwork in line with system requirements
- Maintain a high-standard output
Further Responsibilities
- Informe your supervisor or purchasing team of material shortages
- Align production plans with customer demands and shipping deadlines
- Participate in daily team meetings to review plans and workloads
- Clearly communicate and update relevant departments on operational statuses
- Demonstrate flexibility to assist in other process departments

Requirements
- Strong manual handling skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Organised, methodical work ethic
- Ability to read and interpret production drawings
