Prodrive Advanced Technology design, develop and produce solutions that enhance our client’s projects and solve their technical challenges. We specialise in active aero systems, intelligent interiors and niche vehicles across automotive, aerospace, defence and marine sectors. Our capabilities span across a wide range of functions including system integration, design engineering, electronics and electrical systems, and chassis engineering.

We are seeking an experienced Assembly Production Operative to sub-assemble components and create finished assemblies for a variety of automotive hydraulic systems. This role involves working with parts, testing, and validating systems and assembly components within a cleanroom environment for the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble parts and components at a subassembly level, including hydraulic assemblies.
  • Combine subassemblies and components to create finished systems.
  • Operate machinery and equipment in the assembly process, ensuring efficient workflow, and raising any issues during operation.
  • Carry out hands on work competently and with set production times.
  • Perform end of line testing on assembled parts.
  • Work to drawings and procedures.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean organized work area.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Assemble products and hydraulic systems according to specifications and quality standards.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, and confident building high end products for our prestigious customers. You will have experience in a similar Assembly Production Operative role, as well as possessing a flexible approach to work and be able to work calmly under pressure. You will have strong attention to detail in identifying defects, with a basic understanding of principles in machinery and equipment operation.
