Assembly Technician Required!
Package
- Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (DOE)
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Company pension scheme
- Early finish Fridays (Mon–Thu: 8am–5pm / Fri: 8am–1pm)
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for building, repairing, refurbishing, and preparing equipment as an experienced Fitter/Assembler for our client.
Responsibilities
- Actively engage in workshop activities, including assembly, rework, and testing of equipment
- Ensure all work adheres to specification, quality standards, and deadlines
- Maintain strict compliance with company quality standards and requirements
- Strict health & safety adherence across all activities
- Conduct quality inspections and checks
- Coordinate effectively with engineering, service, and production teams

Requirements
- Time-served engineer or qualified to HNC/HND level
- Proven experience in mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly, including:
- Pipework assembly
- Brazing and soldering
- Must supply standard hand tools daily
- Specialist equipment (e.g., grinders, pipe benders) provided by the company
- Strong organisational skills with punctuality and focus on meeting deadlines
- Dedicated commitment to health & safety and safe working practices
