About Red Bull Technology

Red Bull Technology are seeking an experienced Assembly Technician to assist the team for the remainder of the 2026 season and beyond.

Responsibilities

In this position you will be part of the Hydraulics team (chassis side) responsible for the build, service and operation of car system hydraulics, engine kitting and other sub-assemblies from across our group both at the factory and whilst supporting events.

  • Build, service and operate assemblies upon request of the Assembly Group Team Leaders, Head of Assembly or Race Team Chief Mechanic upon event.
  • Become an integral member of the Assembly Group ensuring there is free and open discussion to promote ideas and initiatives for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain assemblies in accordance with Production Control Group processes for all build specification, revision control, component lifing and hardware allocations.
  • Ensure all Design updates are captured through use of the company CSI Index.
  • Manage assembly and component stock levels in conjunction with Production Control EPM Group.
  • Communicate build associated quality issues to the appropriate key stakeholders ensuring faults are created via our internal business systems.
  • Responsible and accountable for delivering objectives on time, escalating any problems identified whilst working unsupervised.
  • Support and assist Race Team activities upon request of the Race Team Chief Mechanic.
  • Operate in accordance with the company Safety, Health, and Environmental guidelines.
