Job Title

Assembly & Test Technicians

Work Schedule

Onsite – Tewkesbury, GBR

Moog is recruiting Assembly & Test Technicians to join our team at our modern manufacturing facility in Tewkesbury, supporting our Commercial Aircraft Group. This is a hands-on, precision role working on high-spec aerospace products. You’ll be responsible for carrying out detailed assembly and testing operations, working to tight tolerances and strict quality standards. Your day-to-day will include cleaning components ready for assembly, building and testing products, fault finding and diagnosing issues, disassembling units for rework, and carrying out processes such as flow matching, wire locking, labelling, and finishing.

You’ll be working in a clean, modern, well-organised environment with the right tools and support to do the job properly. The team is experienced, straightforward, and takes real pride in what they produce. It’s a culture built around quality, accountability, and doing things properly—where people are trusted to take ownership and good work is recognised. This role involves detailed assembly work. We have Afternoons or a Night shift available (These roles provide a shift allowance in addition to base salary).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
