Overview:

We are seeking an Assessment & Coaching Subject Matter Expert to join the Talent Assessment & Coaching Unit (TAC) of Management Development Services Department (MDSD). TAC is responsible for building, providing and sustaining robust assessment process & technology based on best practices. In addition to this, TAC aims to provide high quality assessment and coaching data that are meant to be translated into meaningful insights to support employees and leaders’ development, as well as, to complement both strategic talent & business decisions. TAC SME primary role is to serve as a trusted expert input provider for building a robust assessment and coaching portfolio and providing a reliable and high integrity services to the professionals and leaders across the organization. This includes most aspects of the Talent and Leadership Assessment and Coaching, such as needs assessment, research, assessment methodology and design, analysis and evaluation of data.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As the successful candidate you will perform the following:

  • Design and Develop Assessment Frameworks: Create robust, behavior-based competency models and assessment methodologies grounded in psychological principles and industry best practices.
  • Administer and Interpret Psychological Assessments: Select, administer, and interpret a wide range of psychological and leadership assessment tools tailored to individual and organizational needs.
  • Provide Leadership Coaching and Feedback: Deliver structured feedback sessions to frontline and mid-level leaders based on assessment outcomes, supporting their personal and professional development.
  • Conduct Behavioral Competency Modeling: Develop and implement competency frameworks that align with organizational goals and leadership development strategies.
  • Apply Data Analytics for Talent Insights: Utilize descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to interpret talent data and generate actionable insights for talent and business decisions.
  • Consult on Talent and Leadership Development: Serve as a trusted advisor to management and Sr. HRBPs on talent assessment, coaching strategies, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Support the Design of Coaching Programs: Contribute to the development of coaching frameworks and programs that enhance individual and team performance across the organization.
  • Stay Current with Industry Trends and Research: Engage in applied research and thought leadership to ensure that TAC’s offerings reflect emerging trends and scientific rigor in assessment and coaching.
  • Ensure Quality and Consistency of Assessments: Maintain high standards of reliability, validity, and ethical integrity in all assessment and coaching practices across the enterprise.
  • Build Internal Stakeholder Relationships: Collaborate effectively with the management, Sr. HRBPs, and cross-functional teams to align assessment and coaching initiatives with strategic business objectives.

Minimum Requirements:

As the successful candidate you will

  • Bachelor Degree in Psychology (or any related Social Sciences degree)
  • Master degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology/Organizational Psychology is preferred.
  • Have a minimum of 8 to 15 years of experience in designing, selecting and interpreting psychological assessments in workplace settings.
  • Have experience in applying assessment tools in broader areas of talent management particularly within the aspects of leadership development and succession.
  • Have proven experience in developing and implementing behavioral competency framework and modelling.
  • Have experience in engaging and providing assessment feedback to frontline and mid-level leaders.
  • Have experience using emerging data analytics technologies to analyze workplace data and familiar with performing analytics (that includes predictive, prescriptive and descriptive analytics) and able to synthesize analyzed data into meaningful insights
  • Have the ability to provide expert input, guidance & advise management on the industry best practices, key psychological principles and trends within the aspect of assessment and coaching.
  • Have good consulting skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships at different levels within the organization

Additional Skills:

  • Has strong interest in thought leadership and able to apply scientific principles and rigor when conducting research/survey to support continuous improvement of TAC provision of assessment and coaching offerings
  • Have a good blend of applied scientific knowledge and skills in using organizational psychological principles to ensure standardization, reliability and consistency of leadership assessment and development delivery
  • Has foundational coaching credentials (minimum)
