Remuneration and Benefits
Earn £39,500 to start, with a progression to £40,500 upon securing DWP approval. Maximise your earnings further with performance-related bonuses, where your OTE (On Target Earn) can reach up to £44,550. Enjoy 25 days of holiday, increasing to 27 days with service. Additional benefits include:

What You’ll Do
You’ll conduct comprehensive assessments for the Government’s disability allowance (PIP), including:
- Face-to-face and virtual assessments
- Telephone assessments
- Initial review calls
- Paper-based reports (PBR)
Managing your own caseloads ensures variety and autonomy, allowing you to apply your expertise to tailored assessments. You’ll evaluate a wide spectrum of conditions, including:
- Physical impairments
- Sensory disabilities
- Mental, intellectual, and cognitive impairments
What You’ll Need
To thrive in this role, you must be a:
- Qualified Nurse (NMC registration)
- Mental Health Nurse (NMC registration)
- Occupational Therapist (HCPC registration)
- Physiotherapist (HCPC registration)
- Paramedic (NHS staff grade or equivalent, minimum relevant experience)
