You’ll be joining our Transformative Business Services (TBS) team, supporting the delivery of online assessment solutions for high-profile clients. You’ll play a key role in ensuring assessments run smoothly by providing technical and operational support to both candidates and assessors.

What you'll be doing:
- Provide first-line technical and operational support for online assessment delivery.
- Support candidates and assessors by troubleshooting technical and access-related issues.
- Ensure assessment sessions run smoothly, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor live assessments and escalate any issues where required.
- Carry out basic system administration and maintain accurate operational data and reports.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support successful and seamless assessment delivery.

What you’ll bring:
- Experience in a technical support or first-line support environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a calm and professional manner.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working with operational data or producing basic reports.
- Confidence using systems and supporting users remotely, for example via MS Teams.
- Experience working in a customer-focused environment.
It would be great if you had:
- Experience within a recruitment or assessment environment.
- Knowledge of online assessment platforms such as SOVA.
- Experience carrying out system administration activities.
- Confidence learning and adapting to new systems and technology.
