Job Title

Asset & Transport Fulfilment Manager Location: Nuneaton Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30–17:00 (42 hours per week)


About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Fulfilment and Asset Manager to lead our Regional Service Centre to success. If you have a strong track record in warehouse management, cost control, and maintaining operational standards, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the depot meets all agreed targets/budgets and effectively manages costs.
  • Maintain exemplary operational and aesthetic standards in the depot.
  • Safeguard compliance with Health and Safety guidelines across all depot processes.
  • Oversee stock management (including itemised, non-itemised stock) and the transfers/ Access, Renewal, Pre-Hire (ARP) process.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to spot and address issues or stock discrepancies.
  • Procurement lead for depot equipment, tools, and general orders.
  • Recruitment, coaching, and feedback for depot staff, ensuring training and development needs are met—aligning with Speedy’s Career Journey program.
  • Manage asset allocation and processing for hire contracts.
