ISS is looking for an experienced Asset Analyst to join our Asset Verification & Data Validation (AVDV) Programme, supporting a key client. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in asset surveying, asset management, or technical data quality who enjoys ensuring critical building information is accurate, compliant, and fit for purpose.

About the Role

You will be responsible for reviewing and validating asset survey data received from survey partners, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and aligned to contractual, engineering, and maintenance standards.

Working remotely within a specialist team, you'll play a key role in maintaining the integrity of asset data that supports operational delivery across a large and complex estate.

This is a Fixed Term Contract for 12 Months

What You'll Be Doing

  • Reviewing asset survey data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Conducting detailed quality checks on asset registers and survey outputs.
  • Validating asset information against maintenance standards, including SFG20 schedules.
  • Identifying data gaps, inaccuracies, and compliance issues, and coordinating corrective actions.
  • Ensuring all captured assets align with legal, safety, and engineering requirements.
  • Managing version control and maintaining robust audit trails.
  • Producing high-quality data outputs ready for client submission.
  • Collaborating with surveyors, engineers, contractors, and operational stakeholders to resolve data issues.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
