Asset Finance Admin Assistant (Car Finance Team)
UK Remote | Part-time
We’re a growing asset finance company with excellent reviews, helping people and businesses find the right car finance solutions. We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-focused person to join our team part-time as we continue expanding our client base.
You’ll be joining a business that’s grown in both volume and headcount every quarter — and we’re excited to keep that going. As a small, close-knit team, we value every contribution.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Helping with customer finance applications and making sure all details are accurate.
- Keeping communication running smoothly between clients, dealers, and lenders.
- Staying on top of paperwork and compliance checks.
- Managing a busy workload and staying calm when priorities shift.
- Supporting the wider team so we can deliver great service every time.
What We’re Looking For
- Someone who’s great at multitasking and staying organized.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy — you’ll spot things others might miss.
- A confident communicator, clear in both writing and conversation.
- Experience in car finance or asset finance is a plus, but we value skills and attitude just as much as experience.
- Flexible and comfortable adapting when things change.
