Job Description: Handover & Asset Integrator
As our Handover & Asset Integrator, you will ensure the seamless and successful integration of new assets and infrastructure into existing systems and operations, focusing on:
- Data management
- Handover procedures
- Stakeholder collaboration
This role involves:
- Managing project deliverables
- Ensuring compliance with industry and client standards
- Contributing to overall project efficiency
You will:
- Work with the wider Quality Team, providing updates to the QA Manager and supporting project teams with QC activities.
- Report directly to the Lead Quality Engineer for day-to-day activities.

Core Responsibilities
- Managing the progressive compilation of handover documentation for the project's Health & Safety (H&S) File (Parts A, B, and Cs), adhering to client requirements.
- Monitoring H&S File information, tracking gaps via applicable tools (e.g., virtual Parts Cs gap analysis), and coordinating actions between:
- Client (HAL)
- BEUMER Group
- Internal/external stakeholders (Document Controllers, Asset Integrators, Quality Department, Design Team)
- Ensuring Asset Integration processes align with Client’s requirements, including:
- Mapping existing and new assets
- Tracking discontinued or replaced assets against updated systems/drawings.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Engineering background, preferably mechanical or electrical
- Proven experience in a complex project environment with multiple stakeholders, ideally in Aviation or regulated industries
- Experience as a Site Engineer or similar in mechanical/electrical disciplines
- Quality Assurance (QA) background or relevant certifications
- Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) holder

Functional Skills
- EDMS software knowledge (Asite, M-Files, Maxinet) or document control principles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365/SharePoint
- Maximo Asset Management experience, including:
- Reporting and updating assets in coordination with project teams
- Aligning asset information with Construction, Quality, BIM, and Design departments
- Ensuring documentation/drawings reflect handover deliverables on schedule
Soft Skills
- Effective communication and influence across all organisational levels (including external clients)
- Highly organised, detail-oriented self-starter with strong prioritisation and deadline management
- Keen interest in professional development and continuous learning
