EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
We are looking for an Asset Management Framework Specialist to join us at our office in Coventry.
In this role you’ll play a key part in maintaining and evolving our Asset Management Framework (AMF) and its supporting documentation, ensuring it remains accurate, accessible and fit for purpose across the business. A key part of the role will involve supporting ISO55001 compliance through assurance activity and performance monitoring, as well as contributing to external certification assessments.

You’ll also play an important role in building wider awareness and understanding of the AMF, ensuring colleagues across the organisation can easily access and use the framework effectively.
Alongside this, you’ll coordinate continuous improvement activity, tracking progress and ensuring actions are delivered, while also supporting enhancements to our operational and asset risk management approach to strengthen how we manage risk across the business.
Key accountabilities include:
- Plan and lead internal audits to ensure compliance with asset management standards and ISO55001, while supporting external certification activity alongside the AMF Lead
- Develop and manage the AMF performance framework, including data tracking, reporting and insight to drive an effective AMF
- Create and deliver internal communications to increase awareness, engagement and understanding of the AMF across the organisation
- Improve the accessibility and usability of key AMF documentation, providing guidance and support to teams on framework processes and ISO55001 requirements
- Track and report on continuous improvement activity across the business, supporting asset management maturity assessments and ongoing improvement plans

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
