M7 is looking for an experienced Asset Manager to join our high performing team UK team and play a key role in how we optimise our assets and deliver a best-in-class asset management experience for our occupiers.
As an Asset Manager at M7, you’ll play an active role in the success of our strategy and portfolio performance.

What you’ll own and deliver
With your own portfolio of last mile and urban industrial assets, you’ll have the opportunity to identify, develop and implement strategies that actively drive an increase in asset value, all while keeping occupier experience front of mind. You’ll have the ownership and responsibility of formulating and implementing an annual business plan for each asset. Alongside this, you’ll take a hands-on asset management approach which will include the below tasks.

- Lead asset performance activities, including lettings, lease renewals and expiries, maximum rent collection and reviews, and reducing voids or shortfalls
- Implement and oversee refurbishment and repositioning projects, carrying out inspections and driving follow‑up actions such as repair or occupation
- Ensure strong financial and compliance oversight, including service charge budgets, invoices approvals and Health & Safety
- Build and manage strong relationships with third party partners such as letting agents, solicitors, property managers and building surveyors
- Produce clear, commercially grounded financial appraisals to assess the viability of capex projects
- Ensure complete accuracy of tenancy data across the full asset lifecycle, from onboarding through to disposal
- Visit assets regularly to stay close to performance and occupier experience
The essentials you’ll bring to the role
In addition to the below essentials, this role is an excellent opportunity for a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is skilled at managing multiple priorities with ease.
- Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
- Experience in multi‑let industrial or logistics assets, in a client or advisory role
- Strong commercial acumen with strong analytical, numerical and reporting skills
- Confident communicator and negotiator, able to influence stakeholders and produce clear reports for senior colleagues and / or clients
- Good working knowledge of Landlord and Tenant legislation including dilapidations and an understanding of Permitted Development and redevelopment legislation
- Competent MS Office user with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Highly motivated, professional and dedicated in approach
