Asset Manager
📍 London | Hybrid
💰 Up to £70K + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
I'm currently working with an exciting, fast-growing organisation in the UK's low-carbon energy sector that is looking to appoint an Asset Manager to support the growth and optimisation of major district heating infrastructure projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in energy infrastructure, utilities, district heating, asset management or major projects who enjoys combining commercial, technical and stakeholder management responsibilities.

- Manage the performance and growth of strategic energy infrastructure assets.
- Act as the key relationship manager for customers and stakeholders.
- Oversee contract management, KPI reporting and asset performance.
- Work closely with development, commercial, legal and operational teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve asset performance and support network expansion.
- Manage financial models, budgets and investment performance.
We're looking for:
- Experience within energy infrastructure, utilities, district heating or similar asset-intensive industries.
- Strong commercial and contract management experience.
- Financial awareness including budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- A collaborative individual who enjoys working across technical and commercial teams.
