Location: Cumnock, East Ayrshire
Salary: EVH Grade 8 - £51,075 - £55,259
Contract: Permanent
Closing Date: Friday 24 July 2026
Hours: 35 per week, Monday to Friday including flexible hybrid working.

Based in Cumnock, Shire Housing Association manages 968 properties across East Ayrshire, and we are offering an opportunity to join the staff team as our Asset Manager. The role provides a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with commitment, energy, and ideas to develop and progress their career with the Association.

We are seeking an Asset Manager to lead delivery of the day-to-day reactive repairs’ service, and the planning and delivery of our housing investment programme. The role is crucial in managing projects, policies, and compliance, ensuring organisational and tenant needs are met through effective asset management. You must be a strong team player, able to collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders helping us deliver the Association’s Business Vision.
