Asset Manager

Madison Berkeley is excited to be working exclusively with a long-established private property company that has owned and invested in Central London real estate for over a century. Backed by patient capital and a genuinely long-term investment philosophy, the business has built an exceptional portfolio of office, retail and residential assets and continues to invest, refurbish and develop across some of London's best locations.

Following the promotion of one of the existing Asset Managers into an Investment Management role, they're now looking to appoint an Asset Manager to join their growing team.

This is an opportunity to work in a lean, high-performing business where you'll have real ownership from day one. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll be involved in every aspect of commercial asset management whilst working alongside an experienced in-house development team and gaining exposure to acquisitions and investment decisions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
