Asset Manager
Senior Multi-Asset Retail Portfolio Analyst (Income Optimisation & Leasing Focus)
The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day asset management of a multi-asset retail portfolio, with a strong focus on income optimisation, leasing strategy, and value creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting (and progressively taking ownership of) asset-level business plan execution
- Driving leasing activity across the portfolio, in partnership with external agents
- Managing rent reviews, lease renewals, regears, and tenant negotiations
- Analysing tenant mix, retailer demand, and market trends to inform asset strategy
- Assisting with refurbishment, repositioning, and alternative use initiatives
- Collaborating closely with property managers and consultants to optimise operational performance
- Monitoring portfolio performance and supporting investment decision-making via financial analysis
- Preparing investment papers and investor reporting

Candidate Profile

- 2–4 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in asset management, investment, or leasing-focused real estate
- Deep understanding of the UK retail market and occupier dynamics
- Experience with direct asset management initiatives and leasing activity
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability
- Highly numerate with excellent financial skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities
