About the Company

Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently recruiting for an Asset Delivery Administrator to work in the Defect Management Team for CPS, a Balfour Beatty partner business, which is responsible for operating and maintaining the M25 motorway network, including its associated trunk and slip roads, on behalf of National Highways.

The Role

You will be responsible for the collection, maintenance, and reporting of maintenance-related data, providing timely and accurate administrative support to the maintenance team, including assisting with the upkeep of the routine maintenance management system. Additionally, you will support a variety of operational and administrative tasks, such as procurement, and equipment ordering. While this position requires strong fundamental administrative skills, it is designed to be an evolving role where you will actively develop into managing workflows and specialized systems.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Responsibilities

  • Operational Support: Produce high-quality collateral, documentation, and work instructions for reactive maintenance teams. Provide weekly and monthly data reporting to inform operational performance.
  • Data & Systems Management: Ensure routine maintenance information (for both day and night works) is accurately captured in our systems. Manage material, tool, and PPE stock ordering via the Supply Chain Procurement Team.
  • Governance & Meeting Administration: Prepare agendas, take minutes, track follow-up actions, and build professional slide packs for Senior Leadership Team (SLT) meetings.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a central point of contact for internal Asset Delivery Leads, Tech Leads, and Depot Managers, as well as external stakeholders like National Highways and framework contractors.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to the Zero Harm safety process at all times and promote Balfour Beatty values across all tasks.

Key Skills and experience required

  • We’re looking for a can-do attitude, a proactive communication style, and a willingness to learn. This is not a regimental admin job—it is a fast-paced, ever-changing, and highly reactive environment.
  • Admin Experience: Proven experience delivering high-quality administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication & Personality: An outgoing, flexible "people person" who genuinely enjoys communicating and collaborating with a wide range of individuals.
  • Adaptability: Highly organized, open to change, and comfortable managing multiple priorities or emergencies calmly.
  • IT Proficiency: Confident using MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with PowerPoint is a bonus. Full training and support will be provided on our specialist internal systems (including Confirm, Agile, and Inform).
  • Mobility: Must hold a valid UK Driving Licence (Minimum category B) and be comfortable with regular travel to site offices and depots around the M25.
