Are you a highly organised and analytical professional looking for an opportunity to make a real impact? At Southern Housing, we’re building a newly formed team within our Asset Management function, and this is your chance to shape how we deliver our disposals and growth strategy from the ground up.
As an Asset Performance Officer – Sales & Marketing, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of a £60–80m annual disposals programme, progressing properties from approval through to sale. Working closely with estate agents, auctioneers, and legal teams, you’ll ensure transactions are managed efficiently while maintaining accurate reporting and data oversight. You’ll also support the organisation’s wider growth ambitions, contributing to acquisition opportunities and associated workstreams.

You’ll be based from our Farringdon office with the option for working in a hybrid way when appropriate and as agreed with your manager.
What You’ll Need
- Educated to A level standard including passes in GCSE English and Maths or equivalent or ability to operate at that level.
- Experience of developing and meeting targets or able to demonstrate the ability.
- The post holder will be party to highly confidential and sensitive data and the ability to maintain confidentiality is of the utmost importance.
- Excellent IT skills in particular Microsoft Office suite and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present information in a variety of forms to a high standard, including excellent verbal and written communication skills.
