About Our Team
The Asset Management Team are responsible for the delivery of all capitalised investment works across all Calico owned properties to improve the quality of our homes, ensure properties meet decent homes standards and are compliant with regulatory standards.
Alongside other colleagues in the team your role will be to ensure that the service delivers high levels of customer service and meets the strategic objectives of the business and be an integral part between Asset Management and Healthy Homes.

The Asset Project Surveyor plays a vital role in ensuring the long-term quality, safety, and sustainability of Calico’s housing stock. By maintaining accurate asset data, assuring the quality of capital works, supporting retrofit delivery, and monitoring contractor performance, this role ensures our homes remain safe, compliant, energy-efficient, and of a high standard for customers.

What We’re Looking For
We believe in recruiting for potential as well as experience. Our ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in surveying, inspections, or construction quality assurance
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to accurately assess and document the condition of building elements
- Knowledge of housing maintenance standards and compliance frameworks
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
