Here at ISS as a leading Facilities Management (FM) provider, we are looking to recruit x2 Asset Surveyors to support across our Education portfolio on a 12 month FTC basis.
As this is a surveying role, this will be heavily mobile and best suits someone able to travel 4 days per week with the remaining day able to be more home working.
The role is responsible for surveying assets, including counts, condition and suchlike, providing robust asset data collection to support the maintenance of master asset data, and providing input into any CAFM system.

- Follow the survey plan.
- Address the risks on all aspects relating to surveying activities and outcome requirements.
- Data capture & assurance as per ISS Asset Management System requirements (i.e., asset taxonomy).
- Contribute to the development of the Estate Strategy by providing good practice on surveying activities and the outputs.
- Use asset condition surveys, statutory compliance data, and maintenance records to inform the activity.
- Liaise with stakeholders to validate data and ensure consistency.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate the surveying activities.
- Provide advice on surveying and associated activities to leverage value.
We need from you:
- Similar experience in an Asset Surveying role, with good technical M&E understanding and an ability to travel.
