Description

We are looking for an Asset Transition Project Manager to join the LifeSight Onboarding Team, playing a pivotal role in delivering the successful transition of pension assets and member records into LifeSight for participating employers. This role sits at the heart of our pension scheme onboarding process, ensuring the efficient and accurate transfer of assets into one of the UK's leading defined contributions (DC) master trusts while delivering a positive experience for employers, trustees and members.

LifeSight, WTW's DC master trust, is a key pillar of our long-term pension growth strategy and one of the most significant developments in the UK pensions market. As more employers seek innovative, efficient and member-focused pension solutions, LifeSight continues to experience rapid growth and market recognition. Our ambition is to become the leading provider of outsourced pension solutions for large employers, setting the standard for innovation, governance and member outcomes. With more than £30 billion in assets under management and over 450,000 members, LifeSight is already one of the UK's largest DC pension arrangements, and our strong pipeline of new business will drive continued growth in the years ahead.

The Role

  • Part of the role will also be to manage the relationship with LifeSight’s Platform provider and being the subject matter expert on the asset transition aspects of tender responses and pitches.
  • Management of asset transition and provider aspects of Employer driven projects and other LifeSight wide changes.
  • The role will be hybrid and therefore the location is flexible for the right candidate although travel around the UK will be required for face-to-face meetings with clients and interaction with the LifeSight teams in each of London and Redhill.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
