Remote | 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
ISS is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join our Asset Verification & Data Validation (AVDV) Programme.
This role is focused on ensuring building asset data is accurate, complete, and fit for purpose. Working as part of a specialist team, you will carry out detailed verification of asset survey information, ensuring assets have been correctly identified, captured, and located within buildings. Your work will play a key role in maintaining a robust and reliable asset register that supports compliance, maintenance planning, and operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out desktop asset verification to confirm assets physically exist, are correctly identified, and are recorded in the correct location.
- Review building levels and room information against floor plans to ensure surveys have been completed accurately.
- Compare incoming asset survey data against existing client asset registers.
- Ensure all required assets that form part of major building systems have been captured.
- Identify missing, incomplete, or inaccurate asset information and work with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
- Apply strict version control processes and maintain accurate trackers and document structures.
- Work closely with surveyors, engineers, and operational teams to support the delivery of high-quality asset data.

About You
We're looking for someone with a strong background in asset surveying or asset verification who can confidently assess technical asset information and identify inconsistencies.
- Previous experience as an Asset Surveyor, Asset Manager, or within an Asset Verification role.
- Strong knowledge of building services, engineering assets, and maintenance environments.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with asset data.
- Experience using CAFM systems, including Maximo and Concept.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical and operational stakeholders.
