Asset & Wealth Management: Global Change Manager
About the Role
Goldman Sachs’ Asset & Wealth Management Division (AWM) is one of the world’s leading investment managers. AWM provides institutional and individual investors with investment and advisory solutions, spanning public and private asset classes, industries, and geographies. By helping clients navigate dynamic markets and uncover opportunities, AWM supports global entities including:
- Corporates
- Insurance companies
- Sovereign wealth funds
- Central banks
- Financial institutions
- Pension plans
- Endowments
- Foundations
- Individuals and family offices
Global Change Managers play a critical role in driving high-priority initiatives within AWM. You’ll collaborate across Deal Execution, Sales, Product Management, Operations, and Engineering teams to deliver solutions and ensure tangible business benefits are realised.
Key Responsibilities
You will fulfil your potential by:
- Acting with agility in ambiguous scenarios to comprehensively assess complex business and technical challenges, structuring and delivering clear, practical solutions.
- Leading strategic cross-divisional initiatives, applying robust methodologies and governance frameworks to accelerate on-time, on-budget implementation with high-quality outcomes.
- Proactively identifying and mitigating risks, issues, and dependencies across project lifecycles, driving practical resolutions.
- Exerting influence to drive delivery, manage senior stakeholders, and ensure the most effective solutions are implemented.

Requirements & Profile
We seek candidates with:
- 6+ years of relevant experience in a comparable role.
- Strategic thinking coupled with sharp analytical and problem-solving capabilities, complemented by innovative and creative solutions.
- Proven change management expertise, including:
- Defining business cases and defining scope
- Articulating issues, challenges, risks, dependencies, and solutions
- Reporting status updates and executing test cases
- A track record of delivering solutions and business impact.
- Demonstrable leadership experience:
- Empowering teams with situational awareness
- Increasing transparency and resolving large-scale program-level conflicts
- A hands-on, collaborative approach, with a focus on coaching teams to achieve optimal performance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral, including strong confidence in engaging senior stakeholders.
