Join a multi-year modernization program that strengthens how core banking data is defined, governed, and consumed across the enterprise. You will help ensure high-quality, well-governed data is available to run the business and meet client and regulatory needs. You will work at the intersection of business, governance, and technology, with visibility across leadership and delivery teams. This is an opportunity to build durable data foundations, improve traceability, and help scale trusted data use.

As an Associate in the Asset and Wealth Management Chief Data Office, International Private Bank (IPB) Platform Modernization program, you will embed within program delivery squads to represent data governance and data architecture priorities. You will drive the definition, registration, and governance of data elements moving into and out of the core banking platform. You will enable end-to-end lineage, clear ownership, and complete metadata across cross-domain data flows aligned to firmwide standards. You will partner across business, technology, and control stakeholders to ensure consistent implementation of data standards and controls.

Job Responsibilities

  • Represent data governance and data architecture priorities within program delivery squads
  • Define, register, and govern data elements flowing into and out of the core banking platform
  • Maintain a business glossary, data ownership, and data classification for in-scope domains
  • Align and support ratification of definitions with Data Owners and Data Stewards
  • Document end-to-end data lineage from source to transformation to consumption
  • Partner with technology teams to embed lineage capture into solution design
  • Support cross-domain lineage for regulatory and analytical use cases
  • Clarify data ownership, derivation logic, and domain responsibilities across teams
  • Prepare executive-ready materials for governance forums and leadership updates
  • Ensure adherence to firmwide data standards, including data use, lineage, discovery, and controls
  • Identify data risks, ownership gaps, and control weaknesses, and drive remediation actions

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
