Assistant Accountant – Fast-Track Finance Manager Opportunity
Location: Cambridge Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

Responsibilities
- Preparation of management accounts and month-end reporting
- Support in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning
- Creation of financial analysis and management information
- Balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls
- Cash flow reporting
- Leading finance systems enhancement and process improvement projects
- Collaboration with teams across the business
Requirements
- Currently pursuing part-qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA, or near completion of the latter stages of AAT with a plan to progress to accountancy qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Previous experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Enjoys taking ownership and driving improvements.
- Commercially minded with a strong desire to broaden technical finance knowledge.
- Demonstrates ambition and potential to progress into finance leadership.
