Who We Are

Big Potato's purpose is to Light Up the Moments We Spend Together. Our games are easy-to-learn, laughter-first games that are played by millions of people around the world. Despite being better connected than ever before, quality time together is increasingly rare. Our games bring people together in a way only a good game can.

We have a team that's ambitious, creative, and committed to making brilliant games and shaking things up in the category. And we believe in doing it the right way. We're bothered about our People, our Customers, our Consumers, and the Planet. We're B-Corp Certified and consistently achieve high Great scores in our employee NPS surveys.

We're one of the UK's fastest-growing games companies, and as we scale globally, we're rebuilding our finance and operational infrastructure from the ground up, moving away from legacy ERP systems toward a modern, modular, AI-enabled stack.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
