Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Job Requirements

They are open to two types of backgrounds... one which has more focus on payables, or more on the AR and credit control side.

They are implementing a new AI CRM system, so as part of this project they are reconciling old balances, intercompany transactions, and unpicking old queries in the ledger for data to be migrated. This role would be ideal for someone who wants to investigate and reconcile... whilst also speaking to internal teams and customers/debtors to resend invoices, etc., or allocate payments.

You can also be part of helping to set out new processes in the AP or AR team to ensure best practice and help implement the new CRM.

Systems or project work is a nice to have but not essential... just looking for a positive attitude and the ability to pick things up swiftly.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any queries
  • Reviewing processes and suggesting improvements for efficiencies
  • Working with internal teams and consultants who are implementing a new AI-based CRM which can read and process invoices
