Are you a part-qualified accountant who enjoys getting into the detail, taking ownership of reconciliations, and working in a fast-growing retail/e-commerce environment?

A high-growth premium fashion brand is looking for a US Junior Accountant to join its expanding finance team with a specific focus on ecommerce.

This is a business scaling quickly and growing 20% year on year, with the US being the largest growth area. As the team grows, they’re creating clearer ownership across management accounts, reconciliations and month-end - giving this person the chance to step into a broad role with real responsibility from the outset. You’ll be joining a business that wants ambitious, progression-oriented people who are keen to keep learning, studying and developing as the company evolves.

It’s a good opportunity for someone who already has solid grounding in month-end and reconciliations, but wants a role with more ownership, more exposure, and scope to grow over time.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
