Cash Management & Funding Coordinator
About the Role
This role supports daily cash management, funding processes, and transaction reconciliation while maintaining accurate financial records. The key link between the lender and its joint broker, ensuring seamless communication, aligned data, and efficient movement of funds.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor daily bank activity and update cash flow and liquidity trackers.
- Prepare and process:
- Loan drawdowns
- Redemptions
- All outgoing payments
- Reconcile transactions between the lender and the joint broker, resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate:
- Treasury spreadsheets
- Funding logs
- Internal financial records
- Confirm funding requirements and deal details with broker partners.
- Monitor, reconcile, and maintain funding lines.
- Support month-end reconciliations and provide data for internal reporting.
- Assist with short-term cash forecasting and liquidity planning.
- Ensure treasury processes comply with internal controls and compliance standards.
- Conduct audits on existing funding lines.
- Assist with general administrative duties.

Requirements
Experience & Skills
- Desirable knowledge of:
- Aryza loan management system
- Sage 200
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail, with confidence in working with financial data.
- Advanced Excel skills, including:
- Maintaining trackers
- Basic formulas
- Understanding of:
- Payments reconciliation
- Cash flow processes
- Experience in:
- Finance
- Treasury
- Accounts
- Operations
- Clear communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and joint broker partners.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and stay organised in a fast-paced, small team.
- Familiarity with lending processes or financial services (advantageous but not essential).

Qualifications
- Qualified in either:
- CIMA
- ACCA
- ACA
