Assistant Accountant – Cash Accounting
###### About the Role Our fast-growing international online business needs a skilled Assistant Accountant to support our expansion across 80+ websites. Reporting to the Cash Accounting team, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining financial robustness as we serve over 8 million global customers. Fast-paced and collaborative? ###### What You’ll Take On
As the linchpin of our international cash accounting operations, you’ll:
- Reconciliation: Oversee customer payments and VAT reconciliations across international entities, swiftly resolving discrepancies.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Ensure rigorous accuracy in tender cost forecasting at country and entity levels.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor daily cash inflow data from payment providers.
- Foreign Exchange: Guarantee correct FX impact recording for third-party settlements.
- Audit Support: Deliver audit sampling to ensure smooth local entity audits.
- Relationship Management: Partner with third-party providers to meet contract rate and settlement compliance.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster collaborative relationships across finance and operational teams.
