The CPD TikTok Shop Team
The CPD TikTok Shop team is one of the fastest-growing and most dynamic social commerce teams within L’Oréal UKI. We are building the future of beauty retail through creators, content, community and commerce, and affiliates sit at the heart of that growth.
We are looking for a highly organised, energetic and creator-obsessed Assistant Affiliate Manager to join the CPD TikTok Shop affiliate team, reporting directly into the Affiliate Lead for the Consumer Products Division.
This is a critical execution role inside L’Oréal’s fastest-growing social commerce team. You will help identify and onboard rising TikTok Shop affiliate talent, execute creator outreach and seeding, support paid affiliate content briefing, identify winning content formats, and help amplify the best-performing creator content to drive GMV, conversion and repeat performance.
This role is perfect for someone who loves TikTok, understands creator culture, moves quickly, and wants to build deep expertise in one of the most commercially important areas of modern beauty retail.
What You’ll Do
Identify & Onboard Rising Affiliate Talent
You will support the growth of CPD’s TikTok Shop affiliate community by helping identify the next generation of high-potential creators.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Identifying rising TikTok Shop affiliate creators across beauty, skincare, haircare and lifestyle.
- Supporting creator outreach and onboarding into L’Oréal CPD affiliate programmes.
- Helping build and maintain a strong pipeline of creators across priority brands and product categories.
- Spotting creators with strong commercial potential, not just large audiences.
- Supporting the Affiliate Lead in segmenting creators by performance, category, content style and future opportunity.
Execute Creator Outreach, Seeding & Day-to-Day Affiliate Comms
You will play a hands-on role in making sure creators have the right products, information and support to create strong content.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
