Our client is one of the largest Privately owned Property Companies in the North West, with a significant UK asset base in all Commercial property sectors
An excellent opportunity has recently become available Assistant Asset Manager to join the industrial team, working on their North West Portfolio, this represents an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual with career aspirations to join a fast-paced property company with assistance to develop your career.
Duties will involve:
- Assisting the Asset Managers and sales team, with leasing enquiries through to agreeing Head of Terms as a deal-orientated individual.
- Will gain great working knowledge of creative deal making, L&T matters i.e. Assignments, Underlettings, Lease Renewals, Rent Reviews, Dilapidations, etc.
- Must be proactive and creative in finding solutions that achieve deals, to maximize.
- Developed to take ownership of all areas of their asset.
- Assist in delivering refurbishments, redevelopment, and take full ownership for capital expenditure.

The applicant must have:
- Real Estate Degree, with a minimum of 12 months of commercial property and/or sales property experience.
- An outgoing personality with a can-do attitude.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Strong IT skills.
- A full driving license.
