As an Assistant Manager you will:

  • Own and manage a diverse client portfolio with minimal support from senior staff, acting as a trusted adviser to build enduring relationships.
  • Drive the full audit cycle from initial planning through to close-out meetings, actively directing and managing your audit teams on-site.
  • Assist with managing staff resourcing across audits throughout the year, working closely with Partners and fellow managers.
  • Work closely with the management team to deliver departmental work planning, staff appraisals, and structured technical guidance.

As the successful candidate you will:

  • Hold a full professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent).
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive, working knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.
  • Possess significant experience in auditing and advising clients across a variety of industry sectors.
  • Have proven experience coaching, mentoring, and guiding junior team members through their professional development.
