As an Assistant Bakery Manager, you will:
- Lead on shifts to support your Team in delivering outstanding service
- Train and coach our team to Brand Standards
- Make the World’s Best Coffee
- Prepare Award Winning Food
- Make the most of colleagues’ strengths and ensure that they are in the right place to maximise sales
- Assist in embedding the ‘High End Bakery’ mindset within the team
- Nourish our teams to support their personal development
