Assistant Bar Manager – Fairmont Windsor Park

We’re seeking an inspiring leader with a passion for luxury hospitality to join our team.
About the Role
The Assistant Bar Manager at Fairmont Windsor Park must:
- Lead and inspire the bar team, capitalising on sales opportunities while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.
- Set high standards and foster a positive team culture, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and guest expectations.
- Analyse performance through financial data and guest feedback, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
- Develop strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty while optimising profitability.
- Manage operational budgets, inventory, supply orders, and stock levels efficiently.
- Coordinate daily operations, including team briefings and Food and Beverage management meetings with leadership.
- Enforce policies strictly, including pouring measures and age verification compliance.
- Balance staffing according to business demand and ensure seamless service consistency.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with professionalism and discreet attention.
- Train, coach, and mentor the team to achieve and sustain elevated service standards.

Requirements
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have proven leadership and motivational abilities to inspire, coach, and develop your team.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high performance standards.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, with confidence when interacting with high-profile guests.
- Are well-versed in licensing laws and regulatory compliance.
- Bring experience in team management, coaching, and hospitality operations—preferably in a five-star hotel.
- Communicate fluently in English.
- Have hands-on experience in working with brand standards for luxury hospitality.
