Assistant Bar Manager – The Kennels Members Club

We’re looking for an energetic and detail-focused Assistant Bar Manager to help lead the day-to-day running of The Kennels bar, including supporting meetings and events. With a creative mindset and a passion for great service, you’ll help create a vibrant atmosphere and deliver genuine WOW moments for our members.
The Kennels is the central clubhouse for all the Estate’s Sporting Members - from horseracing and golf to motorsport, aviation and health club enthusiasts. It’s a stylish and welcoming space where members come to relax and enjoy superb food and drink.

You’ll play a key role in supporting a strong team of supervisors, bar staff and casuals, inspiring and coaching them to deliver exceptional service. No two days are the same - from teeing up a golfers’ breakfast to hosting a buzzing music event, you’ll help bring The Kennels’ unique style to life.
What you’ll have:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a food and beverage environment
- Knowledge of bar products including spirits, wines, beers, ales and cocktails
- Understanding of cellar management, stock control and rotation
- A passion for creating memorable customer experiences
- Enthusiasm and a genuine love for what you do
